Most retreats offer at least one class per day, typically in the morning. Some retreats also include a restorative afternoon session. All classes are designed for all levels, from beginner to intermediate.

The average retreat includes 12–20 participants. Men often attend and enjoy the locations, activities, and meals just as much as everyone else. Some participate in yoga daily, while others may only attend a few sessions — participation is optional for everyone.

The food on each retreat is healthy and delicious. While not always vegan or vegetarian, there is usually a protein option available. Most retreats can accommodate dietary restrictions such as allergies or gluten-free preferences when arranged ahead of time.

Yes. All accommodations include air conditioning in warmer destinations, providing comfort and a restful night’s sleep. Each location is carefully selected for quality and convenience, ensuring guests stay cool and relaxed even in tropical climates.

Each retreat has its own cancellation policy determined by the hosting resort or destination. Dirty Feet Wellness follows the guidelines of each property rather than establishing a separate policy.

Yes. All retreat locations include a mix of cultural immersion, relaxation, and optional excursions. Guests are welcome to enjoy yoga, local activities, downtime, and even spa treatments or poolside relaxation.

Yes. All yoga classes are designed for all levels, including beginners. You’re welcome to attend as many or as few classes as you prefer.

Yes. Single-occupancy rooms are available at a slightly higher rate for those who prefer privacy.

Yes. Arrangements outside of the retreat’s contracted dates can be made directly with the resort on an individual basis. Those arrangements will be up to you and are not a part of the Retreat planning process.
